Resilience strategies for sustainable supply chains under budget constraints in the post COVID-19 era

摘要: The COVID-19 outbreak has caused uncertainty risk surges, increased sustainable supply chain vulnerabilities, and challenges to sustainable supply chain resilience (SSCR) management. Therefore, improving SSCR is necessary to alleviate vulnerabilities, and SSCR management must generate large capital investments. However, the economic downturn brought about by the COVID-19 epidemic has made some companies have limited budgets that can be used to improve SSCR. Therefore, the design of resilience solutions needs to fully consider the constraints of budgetary costs. Most of the existing related literature only discusses optimal resilience solutions under certain cost constraints, so such resilience solutions cannot be applied to most enterprises. In this study, we set the cost constraint as a variable quantity, using resilience efficiency and customer satisfaction as indicators, to determine the changing laws of optimal resilience strategies when cost constraints change. These rules can be applied to enterprises with different budgeted costs. Our findings suggest that companies should prioritize sacrificing resilience measures (RMs) related to adaptive capacity when budget costs gradually decline, and RMs related to absorptive capacity are indispensable at all budget levels. Furthermore, the pursuit of environmental and social sustainability cannot be abandoned, no matter how limited the flexible budget may be.

Knowledge-based competitive strategy using direct customer experience for automobile product development

摘要: The automobile product development (PD) design space continually increases in size and complexity. In this dynamic environment, firms must identify competitive strategies that maintain or increase financial return. Firms can compete on several factors including price/cost, time-to-market, or differentiation (e.g., function or quality). Here, we envision that differentiation through expertise in integration can be a successful strategy in the automotive industry. Expertise in integration requires attention to knowledge management, which is crucial for competitive advantage []. A key component of the PD process is the acquisition of data about customers’ responses to vehicle performance and the rapid use of that information in the development of new products. The paper proposes a system for collecting near real-time data about responses to vehicle performance and its integration with recent developments in design and analysis. The proposed system would collect customer psychophysical response data, correlate it with vehicle parameter response data, and apply this information with feasible design automation to provide reduced cycle time, improved quality, and greater customer satisfaction. The paper discusses some relevant technological and legal constraints and concludes that such a system is feasible, can provide a near-term competitive advantage, and in the long-term, in some form, will be necessary for success.

农村绝经后妇女性生活满意度及其影响因素分析

摘要:

为了探索影响农村绝经后妇女性生活满意度的因素,从而为开展老年妇女保健提供科学依据,笔者于2012 年3—8 月采用多阶段随机抽样方法对重庆市5 个区县农村绝经后妇女采用统一方法进行问卷调查和体检。结果显示,重庆市农村绝经后妇女对目前性生活满意和不满意的分别占83.7 %和16.3 %。单因素分析显示,绝经后妇女性生活满意度与其婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭收入、家庭结构、是否患有妇科疾病、最近两周是否有生殖道不适、起居方式、是否需要性生活、性生活频率、老年性保健知识、自觉体力状态及自觉生活状态等12 个变量有关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic 回归分析显示,分居方式(比值比(OR)=1.711,95 %置信区间(CI)为1.334~2.194)、性生活频率高(OR=1.694,95 % CI 为1.334~2.152)、自觉体力状态差(OR=1.281,95 % CI 为1.018~1.613)是危险因素,家庭收入高(OR=0.651,95 % CI 为0.512~0.826)和既往有妇科疾病(OR=0.689,95 % CI 为0.486~0.977)是保护因素。因此,农村存在多种影响绝经后妇女性生活满意度的相关因素,应重视对绝经后妇女的性教育,改善她们的生活质量。

High-end equipment customer requirement analysis based on opinion extraction

摘要: Acquisition and analysis of customer requirements are the essential steps in high-end equipment design. Considering that Internet and big data technologies are integrated into the manufacturing industry, we propose a method of analyzing customer requirements based on open-source data. First, online data are collected with focused crawlers and preprocessed to filter noise and duplicate. Then, user opinions are extracted based on the defined template, and users’ sentiments are analyzed. Based on the relationship between user sentiments and attribute parameters, the parameter range that satisfies customers can be obtained. The proposed method is evaluated by using an example of new energy vehicle to verify its availability and feasibility.

面向客户需求的产品优化设计方法研究

摘要:

面向客户需求是企业在当前竞争激烈的市场环境下成功的关键。本文提出了一种快速响应客户需求的产品优化设计方法,通过基于模糊相似理论的需求信息模糊聚类方法,对具有模糊性和多样性的原始客户需求信息进行精简分类处理,以获取客户需求集合;然后构建了一种综合联合分析法(CA)和质量功能展开(QFD)的全新CA-QFD需求转化方法,从客户需求到产品设计属性进行精确转化,并通过对实例产品的优化设计,实现快速响应客户需求;最后,通过锻压机主工作液压缸的优化设计实例,验证了本文方法的可行性和适用性。

生产调度中存在着大量的约束条件,它是否可行完全取决于所有约束条件是否都满足。文章研究了面向约束的调度稳定性问题。给出了硬约束、软约束和约束满意度的定义,提出了调度稳定度的概念,最后给出一个生产调度案例说明了调度稳定度在生产实际中应用的意义。

定制化产品智能设计关键技术研究综述

大数据和信息物理系统(CPS)等技术的发展使人们对产品设计的需求增加。产品数字设计包括使用先进的数字技术完成产品设计过程,如几何建模、运动学和动态仿真、多学科耦合、虚拟装配、虚拟现实(VR)、多目标优化(MOO)以及人机交互。定制产品智能设计的关键技术包括:客户需求的描述与分析、客户基础的产品族设计(PFD)、定制产品的配置和模块化设计、定制产品的变型设计,以及产品智能设计的知识推送。定制产品智能设计的发展趋势包括定制产品的大数据驱动智能设计技术和定制的设计工具和应用。通过计算机的高精度数控机床设计,我们验证了该方法的有效性。

一种用于用户端设备且工作在2G/3G/4G/IMT/5G频段的小型化超宽带交叉振子天线 Correspondences

摘要: 设计了一种用于用户端设备(CPE)且工作在2G/3G/4G/IMT/5G频段的小型化超宽带交叉振子天线。单个交叉振子的双臂由阶梯型枝节组成,天线的带宽不但能够通过选择阶梯型枝节的阶数来控制,还可以通过延伸枝节末端来展宽。偶极子通过连接在同轴线上的微带枝节来馈电。此外,通过在交叉振子下方增加开缝的寄生贴片,天线整体的带宽能够扩展到5G sub-6 GHz频段。此外,对天线结构进行了加工和测试。结果表明天线的10 dB相对带宽为147.3 %(0.77–5.07 GHz),双端口之间的隔离度优于20 dB。
